Canvas Picture Frame Hanging: DIY

This canvas picture frame idea is an easy project. All you need is Mod Podge, sponge brush, a 5 pack of 6×6 square canvas frames and chain from Michael’s, hot glue gun, and 5×5 photos.

First thing you need to do is put Mod Podge on the photo, then place the photo on the center of the canvas, lay it down on a news  paper and press photo onto canvas. Do that with all 5 frames. Next, let it set for about an hour or so.

Now, take the chain and lay it over one side so that it strings over all the squares and leave enough chain for hanging then run down the other side. Take a butter knife and use that to space each one evenly when gluing the chain onto the canvas. You only need to glue the top and bottom of each square. It does get a bit tricky and messy. It is the one thing I don’t like about working with a glue gun beside getting burnt.

Once done, it’s ready to hang. Enjoy!
